This will restore the Qt5-CI as the docker image do not provide this library.
If JPEG-XL is not present, the DNG converter plugins are not compiled, Import tool do not provide the DNG conversion stage,
and Libraw engine can only support olde DNG format to extract DNG preview and load DNG in Editor | BQM.
Note Qt6 docker image has the same problem. KImageFormat CI do not compile the JPEG-XL qt image plugin in the CI.
