handle url from command line and allow to enqueue track and radio by URL

A part of !13 (merged) that would be nice to get in the next version.

It should allow to enqueue (especially via command line) almost everything.

If it is a known radio or track, the metadata will be fetched from database.

The metadata view should also get the correct data.
