Receive SMS subscription ID and reply using it

Abdel-Rahman Abdel-Rahman requested to merge abogical/kdeconnect-kde:sms-reply into master

This interprets the "sub_id" field to use it later for replying in order to reply to SMS messages from the same SIM. An upcoming MR on kdeconnect-android has to be made to complete the task T11015 .
