Completely hide plamoid in system tray if no device is connected

Nicolas Fella requested to merge nicolasfella/kdeconnect-kde:hide into master

When no device is connected the plasmoid isn't any useful.

When setting it to PassiveStatus it still shows up in the expanded version of the system tray, where it isn't particulary useful. By setting it to HiddenStatus we don't show it at all, reducing the visual clutter of the expanded system tray
