Use notification hints from new Plasma notification system

Plasma 5.16 has a completely revamped notification system. During the design we added some hints to it so that KDE Connect can have better notifications.

First, we can now pass the device name so it shows up in the popup Second, we can override the displayed application name with the acutal source app name (e.g. Telegram instead of KDE Connect)
