[Windows] latest nightly builds have lost themes.

there are just fews themes on latest builds... (and there are some strange mix of starting language and English... i set to English Kdenlive after launching it the first time)

(last one with the full set was the master-51 , 21 June)

i think this can be not an issue, just reporting it.
