Type-/Characterset conflict: comma vs. point.

Lots of effect doesn't work under Windows due to this issue. Like:

By loading attached test.kdenlive file into Windows Kdenlive I get a crash.

The refactoring version sees 2 MP4 while there is only 1

qt uses a different locale database than c libraries which causes this kind of corruption.
