I started to add some XML descriptions to avfilters, and did my best to fix #304

Bruno Santos requested to merge bsantos/kdenlive:master into master

Created a new XML description to Lift Gamma Gain as to add a keyframeable effect with simple sliders for RGB, called "Lift Gamma Gain Sliders", and also left the values as wide as possible to allow for artistic effects. Created descriptions for 2 or 3 avfilter effects, and added them to the corresponding category.
