Port java, csharp and python support to the latest kdevplatform + my type system abstraction patches.  I figure it can't hurt committing this now because they weren't 
compiling anyway, and I'm about to post my kdevplatform patches for review (once they get a little more cleanup).

(It was great fun deleting so much code ;)
