Add a setting to disable the close buttons on tabs

Thomas Schöps requested to merge thomassc/kdevelop:add_setting_for_close_buttons_on_tabs into master

Personally, I never use the close button on the tabs, since they can be closed with the middle mouse button instead, or with the right-click menu in case no middle mouse button is available. These buttons take up significant horizontal space, which I would like to free up to be able to have more tabs on the screen. Thus, this merge request adds a setting to disable the close buttons on tabs. Comparison screenshot:
