Draft: Simplify breakpoint taskbar alert
We can do a taskbar alert without using KNotifications. I want to remove taskbar alert support entirely in KNotifications at some point (https://phabricator.kde.org/T12531).
Previously it would have been possible to configure showing a popup here, but IMHO that's not really worth keeping
