Use Icon Only Tabbar

Tomaz Canabrava requested to merge tcanabrava/konsole:gitlab/icon-only-tab-bar into master

Code seems rigth but I guess I hit a bug with Qt Tabbar: If the tabbar is created with an icon, I can't seem to unset it. Also true if the icon is a QIcon(), I cannot add an icon there. For the Strings, they are working correctly.
