Fix search bar placement

Mariusz Glebocki requested to merge mglebocki/konsole:Fix-search-bar-placement into master
  • Initial search bar position is now correct when "remember window size" option is enabled. It used to appear far from right edge/near the center
  • When scrollbar is hidden, don't take it into account when calculating horizontal position.
