Add Batch Exporter add-on

Nathan Lovato requested to merge lovatonathan/krita:gdquest/addon-batch-exporter into master

This is a WIP PR to contribute our Batch Exporter add-on. We've talked about this with @rempt who said he was interested in having it ship with Krita.

EDIT: the add-on now uses the built-in QImage class instead of Pillow for image processing, removing the extra dependency that was causing issues.
