Disable double click in magnetic lasso for now

Disabled the double clicks for magnetic lasso as it was the source of multiple issues.

Test Plan

Open Krita, try using magnetic lasso. Double click shouldn't add new anchor between 2 old anchor or delete anchor if done hovering over one. Instead it should just do what single click does if not hovering over an anchor.
