Fix: Re-activate Advanced Color Selector after popup

Only block the Color Selector when it actually updates the resource.

Test Plan

  1. Open the Zoom Selector UI from the Advanced Color Selector
  2. Pick any color
  3. Go to the Canvas and color-pick any other color
  4. The Advanced Color Selector does update
