Create mouse mode menu autotest

This is what I thought of today.

Intention is to autotest the mouse mode menu and it’s functionality within Okular, and particularly that Okular works as expected.

I’m not using Qt Test mouse clicks. When I wrote this I realized that simulating mouse clicks would just test QToolButton, and not Okular. Do you agree?
