Add build docs and link more submodules · 2211ed03
      Michael Eden authored
      Summary:
I had a tough time building this through qmake (its my fault for using NixOS and not adding gstreamer as a dep) but I'll document this for future contributors.

This diff does a few things, split up into individual commits:

      1. Adds kirigrami and breeze-icons submodules (for Android)
      2. Adds the luv icons submodule and links it to the icons dir
      3. Add README with build instructions and troubleshooting

Make it possible to build with cmake · 0e5bf481
      Aleix Pol Gonzalez authored
      Summary:
Introduces a CMake-based build system that is compatible with
binary-factory.kde.org and works like the rest of KDE applications.
It doesn't make use of the taglib here but fetches the sources on build
time on android. For other platforms it will look for the dependency in
the system like the rest of depedencencies.

Test Plan: Can build both using cmake and qmake on linux and android.
