Port away from deprecated KMessageBox Yes/No API (variant with compat-extended namespace)

Using a temporary helper header which makes use of KMessageBox being a namespace and for older versions adds the new API with inline methods, mapping to the deprecated API instead.

Placed into KDev::Utils due to being linked to everything.
