StandardDocumentationView: drop unused setOverrideCssFile/Code methods

And move the related "prefer injecting <style>" comment into the official class docs as "do inject" note.

60df20c0 removed the last known usage of these methods (at least in KDE domains). Given their use is not recommended now, they better are removed completely.
