Remove usage of KPassivePopup
KPassivePopup is soon-to-be deprecated. Plus it looks and behaves super weird. I didn't find any way to actually trigger the occurence of it and given that it's purely informing I assume no none will miss it.
If we do want to keep the popup it should be ported to use KNotification
