filemetadatawidget: remove TextInteractionFlag
Setting the TextInteraction and having a buddy set cause the mnemonic to be inconditionally visible. The buddy were added in 2c9fb39c
Having the row label selectable is not very useful so remove the flag.
To be the widget working for accessibility, set accessible name on the value widget.
