Make a release

This project hasn't had a release in over 3 years, so users are missing out on bugfixes--in particular the one to fix https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=445196.

Maybe also consider having this project released with KDE Gear so folks don't have to remember to manually make releases?
