LIBRARY_OUTPUT_PATH is now documented as old-style and
should no longer be used. Should be used
CMAKE_LIBRARY_OUTPUT_DIRECTORY instead of.

Also dropped LIB_SUFFIX. I don't understand any sense
of this variable and it has no any comments.
Also googling no clear answer. So I just dropped it.
