Pardon, my mistake. With library clips, the issue is solved.
But I get this black background if I import the clip as a kdenlive
project file.
I just tested on the latest build and can confirm that issue is fixed.
Simply import an existing ASS
file or save an SRT
file as ASS
using a subtitling software (I used Subtitle Edit
). A comma is getting automatically inserted at the end of each line.
Attaching the subtitle of Blender open movie Elephants Dream in ASS
ed_hd.ass and SRT
ed_hd.srt formats.

As of now, this warning appears every time a title clip is opened to edit if the project frame size is changed.
An option to resize the clip accordingly or disable the warning will be handy.

title_test.kdenlive is a 1080p 30fps project file with few title clips. If I simply import this project to the timeline of another project project_test.kdenlive with 1366 x 768 resolution and 30fps framerate Kdenlive immediately crashes. Sometimes crash occurs when seeking through the timeline using the Playhead.

It'll be nice if there is an option to import Kdenlive
project with transparency instead of the black background especially if the project contains title clips only.
