XMPP Providers' license

We have no license/s for XMPP Providers at the moment. We should change that and make the project REUSE compliant. I think that we could have one license for the provider list and its filtered representations and another one for the scripts. My suggestion is to use the following licenses:

1. CC0 for providers.json and all extracted lists such as providers-A.json.
2. GNU AGPLv3 for the script files.

It would be great to get some opinions on that topic and even if you agree, please tell that here.
