      * Use the right debug area for pigment (30008 lib pigment)
      * define DBG_PIGMENT for 30008 and use it everywhere. Hope that makes
      everyone happy.

need to pass an endline and there will be a space placed between
      arguments automatically.
This means that everywhere we added those manually we get duplicates, so
      lets get rid of those.

oh; here is the perl script I used; (regexps rock!)

      Some API cleanup. · 78befd7b
      Thomas Zander authored
      * make kocolor use a dpointer
      * better api dox
      * put the deprecated macro at the right spot so it will actually do something
      * deprecate KoColor::data() like discussed some time ago. It violates encapsulation.

      * Remove the wet paintbrush tool; it's sufficient to use the wet paintop
      * The fsf has moved house, or so Thomas tells me. I guess it's a pretty dumb
idea to have such volatile information in all headers, but there you are.
        We're up-to-date again...

      * Make clients responsible for allocating the memory they want to fill with readBytes:
that'll larn them to clean up the memory after them.
      * Added Q_CHECK_PTR's around most non-gui memory allocations (and around quite
a few GUI allocations. Next: Q_ASSERT's everywere!

Krita resources such as filters and colour models.
      * Small optimization: if we create a black, transparent image, use the
default tiles and don't create tiles for the entire image size.
      * Fix in kis_iterator_pixel: advance the selection iterator with just as much
      as the pixel iterator.
      * Added filter test to the performance tests -- these make Krita run out of
      memory, though.

      * That makes CMYK look a little less broken...
      * Added supportsPainting and progressEnabled flags to the filter interface
      * Use the tile size directly instead of via getters: callgrind showed that
about half the function calls were tileWidth() and tileHeigh()
      * Make the autogradient box a little smaller
      * Make the layer box a little smaller
      * Actually fill the filters list with filters (but selecting them doesn't
        do anything yet)
