that was caused by commit ccce1da .
Now it doesn't crash and fix for autobrush dimensions still works.

It was the only place where it was still used.

This also disables the KoResourceBundleManager test for now.

(And remove unused m_extractor variable)

Otherwise they will not be listed in the Shortcuts Configuration dialog

The default way of setting width and height from the brush tip image
is wrong for the autobrush.

Two more places where I forgot to do that.

Windows implements its own press and hold behaviour that
sends a right click event, so rather than waiting for
another press and hold, use the right click to show the
tooltip.

TODO: we need to be able to check whether we are running inside
      of a calligraconverter or in a gui mode. Firing up message boxes
      might not be the best idea for a calligraconverter :(
