Add template file with common screen sizes guides. For those who need to paint some interface parts, or just to sketch ideas.
Original template file by pomke.

We should rename these files, I think, because this is bound to happen
again.

They give trouble when packaging.

fix wrong file paths in design templates.

Added templates from Simon Legrand (dslr, film and textures), with icons.
Fixed comics template icon to 128x128 like the others.

New icons to fit 128pix with alpha borders,
rename icons,
move them to calligra icons for possible reuse not only in krita,
fix icon names in desktop files.
