This adds the contained resources correctly.

Now that libbrush is a top-level library, the resource manager doens't
have to be in the paintops plugins directory anymore.

The suffix should go through plural form of translation macro (i18np)
to be translated correctly.

Just disable this option and you can control the pressure of your
stabilized curve directlt without any averaging.

Turns out kis_hsv_adjustments had been extended with type and colorize.
However, type only accepts -1 and 1, but not 0.
This fx sets the type and colorize.

preset, brush tip and reference image, much more easier to spot

1) Add a "Preview" checkbox to select whether the user wants to ee
   an outline preview for the line.
2) Make it OFF by default
3) Make offset and angle snapping work with vector preview as well

Thanks David and Thimothee for pointing this out!

Implement this slot in case there are any widgets or properties which need
to be updated after certain operations, to reflect the inner state correctly.
At the moment this is used for smoothing options in the freehand brush, but
this will likely be expanded

Now when you draw the line tool, the preview is updated automatically,
more than that, you can control pressure and other sensors on the fly!

What's more, now you can use all the complicated sensors and mirroring
with the line tool!
