Fix rulers to show mouse position · 70b30474
      Dmitry Kazakov authored
Now the user has two check boxes:
         * [ ] Show Rulers
         * [ ] Rulers Track Pointer

The first just shows the rulers and the second one activates
mouse tracking on them. That is done, because the tracking may
      1) be distracting, 2) affect performance.

Make public API in flake not depend on the precense of a plugin. · 85877f42
      Thomas Zander authored
The GuidesTool design was to have some functionality in the ruler,
some code in flake (in the form of an abstract baseclass) and some
      in a plugin.
If the plugin was not present the public API in flake would do
nothing. Having this API present in flake was confusing for
      that reason.

I changed this to have no API in flake for creating the new guides
and all of it in the plugin. The actual connecting is done purely by
one signal and the only API is one new method in KoRuler.

KoMain is now the main library for KOffice apps · 996ed809
      Boudewijn Rempt authored
KoMain used to be the root of all KOffice libraries. Since it
functions as the MVC library that defines what a KOffice app is,
instead of defining what a KOffice library is, it is moved down as
      much as possible.

Fixes: slowness on embedded devices. · cfc2b625
      Thomas Zander authored
Details: On embedded devices like n810 (which uses an Arm processor) usage
of double is incredably expensive. In almost all cases our usage of double
can be done just as well using floats on those devices.
This is something that Qt does as well using the type 'qreal' which is a
double on all modern platforms but float on those that don't have double
natively. So we get the best of both worlds by replacing double with qreal.

Implemneted dragging of guide lines from the rulers. · f8a25284
      Jan Hambrecht authored
When dragging outside of the ruler, the ruler emits
a signal guideLineCreated which when connected to the
      KoCanvasControllers slot addGuideLine will temporary
activate the KoGuidesTool. This tool then positions the
new guide line corresponding to the mouse movement.
When the mouse gets released, the guide line is added
to the guides data provided by the canvas.
To add support for guide lines to an application one
has to do the follwoing steps:
      1. when creating your rulers, connect the guideLineCreated
signal with the canvas controllers addGuideLine slot.
      2. In the canvas implementation, reimplement the guidesData
function to provide access to the guides data of the
      applications KoDocument implementation.
      3. In the canvas implementation call KoGuidesData::paintGuides
      to paint the guides.
      4. Profit!!! :-)

      * Make the ruler emit different signals, comparing lists of structs to see what the change is doesn't really work ;)
