Uniquely concurrent job is a type of concurrent job that doesn't allow
execution more than one job of this type. It means that Krita can run
"concurrent + uniquely concurrent" simultaneously, but it cannot run
two uniquely concurrent jobs at the same time.

Sorry, for such weird naming, but I cannot think up anything better :)
