Remove the lock, collapse and hide option for dock titlebars · b662043a
      Boudewijn Rempt authored
On asking around, it seems that even Krita power users were not
using these options. New users to Krita seemed unable to grasp this
functionality altogether. And we were always having trouble managing
the locked and collapsed state of dockers.
Note that not having a custom titlebar widget also makes it impossible
to keep having an option to remove the titlebars altogether, which was
another way to force the dockers to stay in one place.
A side-effect is that on macOS, floating dockers are resizable now.

BUG:349732 Add the toolbox to the docker menu · 29bbb05c
      Boudewijn Rempt authored
Even though the toolbox's closable feature was set to off, it was
possible to lose the toolbox. Not having the toolbox in the menu
meant that it is impossible to re-add it without resetting the
      entire workspace.
This has happened to dozens of people now, so it's clear that it's
better to make the toolbox and ordinary toggable docker. Besides,
advanced users might actually only activate tools with the shortcuts,
so for them, the toolbox is clutter.

      Merge krita-mvc-rempt into master · 1cb2d177
      Boudewijn Rempt authored
This refactors Krita to allow the user to have more than one
image open in a window. Krita no longer uses or depends on the
      komain library.
For now, Sketch and Gemini are disabled.

Make all KDE includes consistent · 83da42dc
      Boudewijn Rempt authored
We used CamelCase and .h includes all mixed up. This patch chances all
      includes to .h style.
I choose that style over CamelCase for the following reasons
      * the change was easier to automate
      * CamelCase include files are created manually and so have inconsistencies
      * the majority of Calligra KDE includes were .h style
