All shortcuts should be configurable when no document is open · aeced4a1
      Dmitry Kazakov authored
The problem happens because some actions are created/added-to-collection
only after a document is created. Now we workaround it by faking the
absent actions and deleting them together with KisActionsSnapshot.

Another problem is that some of the actions, e.g. "show_color_history",
is created long before it is added to the global action collection. It
is _created_ right at the start of Krita, but _added_ only when a new document
is constructed. If we change the shortcut between these two events, then
the changed value will be lost. Now we workaround this problem by connecting
to the action collection, listening to 'inserted()' signal and updating
shortcuts when an action is added to the collection.

Introduce a "Fit Text Width" zoom mode · 6a2625e2
      C. Boemann authored
This also changes how the other "fit" modes work: We now zoom in to the fit the
max pagesize of the currently shown pages. Previously we zoomed in to the max
          pagesize of the entire document.

The page counter in the lower left of Words' window now show the scroll position
and not the cursorposition. Previously it was a weird mix

The page counter also now shows ranges so that if pages 3,4,5 are shown, the counter
          says "3-5 of 47"

Fixed a limited zooming bug in KoCanvasControllerWidget · fa7cf531
      Dmitry Kazakov authored
When you tried to zoom-in/out with current zoom level equal to the
maximum/minimum allowed zoom level the canvas jumped, because the
preferred center used to change, but the zoom level not.

Now the setting of the new preferred center is part of
KoZoomController::setZoom so it can calculate the right value
of the offset basing on the real change of the zoom level.

Use an infinite canvas for kopageapps · 2ca718d3
      C. Boemann authored
KoPageApp applications Stage and Flow used to have extra space reserved around the page/slide
so objects could be put there. However that made it really hard for the user to work with.

This patch changes that so there is no space around the page/slide. But instead you can drag
objects outside the page/slide without any limit at all.

Now the zooming process is much easier to understand than it used to be.
No additional pan is needed in various places.

Fixes: No margins in koffice docs (specifically kword page) · 5e85048a
      Thomas Zander authored
Details: Made the zoomcontroller use the canvasController margin value to
          synchronize these values.
Added a setter to the canvasController so apps can actually use it ;)
Fixed a tiny bug to make margins work as expected in top-aligned apps too.

Fixes: slowness on embedded devices. · cfc2b625
      Thomas Zander authored
Details: On embedded devices like n810 (which uses an Arm processor) usage
of double is incredably expensive. In almost all cases our usage of double
can be done just as well using floats on those devices.
This is something that Qt does as well using the type 'qreal' which is a
double on all modern platforms but float on those that don't have double
natively. So we get the best of both worlds by replacing double with qreal.

      - the actualpixel mode is now gone · c5cc0ff8
      Casper Boemann authored
        - replaced by a pixel aspect/resolution mode that works independently
      of zoom mode
        - so 100% percent in normal mode is actual physical size
        - and 100% i pixel aspectmode is 1 imagepixel equal 1 display pixel
        - the difference is that you can now have 200% in pixel aspect mode

        - The page applications no longer show the pixels stuff
