both history URL as well page title are filtered for matches with current input.
While this is quite simple it already works quite well.

Reason for updateIcon is that the icon might be set later than the "loading complete" signal

Also cleaned up UrlModel a bit

moved everything into Kirigami.Page/ScrollablePage and
just push/pop "dialogs" to layers

It doesn't look right for a mobile app ...

the regex expected one of:
- http://...
- https://...
- ftp://....
- //...

while usually people just type "..." ie kde.org

Now //kde.org is no longer supported but kde.org will work
