Restore the minimized Elisa instance when opened again
Opening Elisa should restore the application if it has been minimized in the tray.
Test plan
- Open Elisa.
- Configure Elisa > Tick box for 'Keep running in System Tray when main window is closed' > Apply.
- Close Elisa to tray.
- Open Elisa from KRunner, application launcher, taskbar, etc.
- The application should be restored.
