Restore the hidden Elisa instance on file opening

Reason for the change

The hidden Elisa instance is not restored when an audio file is opened with Elisa.

Test plan

  1. Open Elisa.
  2. Close it to the system tray.
  3. Open a file manager.
  4. Select an audio file and open it with Elisa.
  5. The application window of Elisa should appear.
