I still need to clean this up -- which I've been claiming I would get around
to for a couple of weeks, but I'll go ahead and throw it into CVS so that
people stop sending me patches to do variations on this (I've gotten 4 now.  ;-))

From here out the plans are:

*) Clean this up to use the Dynamic Playlist stuff that I added to JuK
   just after Stefan sent me this patch
*) Do some minor cleanups in Stefan's code to fit the JuK design a bit better
*) Add a combo box above the other views to list these same values.
*) Probably other stuff, but I'm feeling guilty keeping people waiting.  ;-)
