* Improved K3bIntMapComboBox now used in K3bWriterSelectionWidget which makes for cleaner code
  and default selection working again.
* Added KCDDB info to K3bMedium (untested)
  This is the beginning of the port from k3b's own cddb implementation to KCDDB
