Fix FreeBSD Build, add Support for Sundtek devices (!16) · Merge requests · Multimedia / Kaffeine

This pull request includes 3 updates:

FreeBSD is including an up to date dmx.h version, however Kaffeine is including its own dmx.h in various places. It collides with the latest FreeBSD installation.
add inotify dependency on FreeBSD required for Sundtek devices
add support for device detection of sundtek devices (requested by people in the Raspberry PI Forum, they have tested the patch with X86 and the Raspberry PI and are currently using a buildscript https://sundtek.de/support/ubuntukaffeine.sh to set up Kaffeine)
