This patch tries to fix issue 0000340: Suggestion: Open Kuiserver automatically when render starts (http://www.kdenlive.org/mantis/view.php?id=340). I am sorry about the whitespace changes, actual changes are the addition of a threadsleep class, which I find hard to believe I need, a check for the kuiserver running, via dbus, and finally a waitloop with a cap of three seconds to start it. Tested under kde 4.1.2 - please revert if unacceptable

Fix Flash FLV export, fixes bug http://www.kdenlive.org/mantis/view.php?id=321. Please note there might be aspect problem when exporting from 16:9. I was not able to tune the export parameter more in this case.

clips from the westley to the kdenlive_doc leave, and renames them too.
Obviously still lots of issues, but I can actually load my old
kdenlive 0.5 projects, save them to a new file, reload them, and
render them. I have issues with editing, but this may be unrelated to
this conversion code.
Also, slideshows does not work - working on it.
