no all effects are displayed on "main effect" list

i saw this post: https://forum.kde.org/viewtopic.php?f=270&t=172428&p=448441#p448441 and i think that MAIN effects doesn't mean "ALL" effects, i opened this issue just to be sure that this is working as expected. and maybe to understand how MAIN effects are "chosen" from the main list.
