Transcode menu' need to be removed (or fixed) on title clips.

i was searching a way to stretch a typewriter title ( https://forum.kde.org/viewtopic.php?f=270&t=173080 ) and i found that is not possible to create a "rendered" clip from a title directly on kdenlive (to be able to chnage speed of it)

no idea if this can be fixed, but if the transcoding is not allowed (like stabilization and speed) better to obscure the menu. 7TegaRXBHy
