not all CPU% used during MP4(H264) and WEBM rendering, feedback request.
i remember that last year on my old Xeon CPU kdenlive was using 98% of CPU time to render, and after a while i switched to a Ryzen 1700x (overclocked) and the rendering was using 85% (i overclocked the CPU just to increase the CPU speed to reduce rendering-time, right now on a 1800X i'm using at maximum 50% (during timeline editing i can reach 65% on CPU and NVIDIA VGA USAGE also to 35/40%)
i'm testing Kdenlive on a Windows 11 platform and maybe i need some feedback to other Windows users to understand if this is related to Windows 11 or some kind of issue on Windows porting. (ALSO THE SAME ON LINUX)
on this screengrab i was rendering a 2560x1440 2 AV tracks to MP4 (h264) default settings.
the project is very easy, and the NVME disk seems almost not used.
