Copying rotation between keyframes do not work

According to this: https://docs.kdenlive.org/en/effects_and_compositions/effects.html#working-with-keyframes-in-the-effect-stack it should be possible to copy or duplicate values between keyframes.

Unfortunately, this does not appear to work for "Rotation" in the transform effect. I have tested it with a simple transform effect stretched over an entire clip. Then, I added keyframes at 33%, 66% and 100% through the clip.

Then I selected the keyframes at 33% and 66%, and while it's possible to apply opacity to these two keyframes at the same time, it does not seem to work for rotation. Could it be that the last item on the list is just ignored?
