Render Dialog defaults to strange settings.
Whenever I open a new instance of Kdenlive, the render profiles are reset to default values. I have no idea where these defaults come from, but they are not what the manufacturers of FFMPEG recommend.
FFMPEG manual states that default CRF should be 23 for x264 and a CRF of 28 for HEVC. https://trac.ffmpeg.org/wiki/Encode/H.265 (The section on CRF)
In my case, on every new instance of Kdenlive, the "Custom Quality" is ticked in the render profile, and the slider all the way over to 3% for a CRF of 46. This is an unusable setting, and requires me to change it every time
I know that one can slide the slider anywhere, but the initial value should be the recommended default for the codec, please.
When the "Custom Quality" is un-ticked, then it shows a CRF of 25, and that should ideally be 23 for x264, and 28 for HEVC. It's only a little change, but my eye twitches every time I see it. It's what the makers of the software recommends, and who are we to argue?
The other default setting is the encoder preset, and seems to be the same for both x264 and HEVC. Independent testing has proven that the best speed/quality trade-off happens at the preset of veryfast. In Kdenlive, the default preset is faster. Can we change the default to veryfast, please?

Again, when I do my final renders, I put the preset to veryslow and leave the computer to render for days, but that is for video archival with no pressing deadline. For default, run-of-the-mill fast renders, veryfast seems to give acceptable results in the best time.
