kdenlive-22.08.2.dmg can't import TGA files

Tested with kdenlive-22.08.2.dmg on macOS 12.6 (M1 Mac), with the Targa file from: https://invent.kde.org/erjiang/kdenlive-backcompat/-/blob/master/projects/footage/kdenlive-logo.tga

What is the dependency that provides TGA support? Does anyone still use TGA files?
