Invisible cursor on title-clip editor. (Win64)

on title clip editor the cursor is invisible, sometimes when overlapping some character can be identified because he is "inverting" colors of text. but it's better to make the cursor always WHITE/BLACK of inverted from the background color.

in this image i have changed the background to a dark one because usually when this editor is launched the font color is set to WHITE and it's a little difficult to see text on a lighten background.\
