Kdenlive crashes opening a project (latest build on Windows)

i created the project yesterday (using yesterday build).. today, opening it (with the same build) kdenlive crashes. crashes.kdenlive

never happened before, usually i was able to open brken projects using an old version (1 week maybe) but this time no idea what is causing the issue... and the project is very small
