Audio muted when audio part of a clip is replaced on the timeline with a speed change
Hi there!
I have a project in which several edits was made to a 4K clip from a GoPro on the timeline.
In some of the clips on the timeline the Change Speed option in the context menu was used.
The audio was then extracted from the clip in the project bin, and edited with Audacity, and finally exported as an .mp3 file.
In Kdenlive the "Replace Clip" function was used to replace only the audio part of the video clip that was on the timeline.
When playing back on the preview, no audio can be heard for the replaced audio on the clips that has the speed option applied, and it also is muted on a test render I did for this audio.
Troubleshooting:
- When manually placing the audio on the timeline, and then applying a speed effect, the audio is not muted.
- When the clip is placed on the timeline without a speed option, and the audio replaced it works as expected.
- If you then apply the speed option after the audio has been replaced, it is not muted and the audio is sped up.
